Outreach Training is a workshop for practitioners who have a list of prospects but are not sure how to turn it into conversations. You will learn to use AI to research individual prospects and write genuinely personalized outreach — the kind that gets human responses instead of silence.

The goal is not volume. Three good emails a day, sent consistently, will outperform thirty generic ones every time.

Using publicly available information and an LLM, you will develop a repeatable process for understanding who someone is, what they care about, and why your work might be relevant to them — before you write a single word.

How to write outreach that sounds like you

Most cold outreach sounds the same because it follows the same formula. You will learn to write a short, direct, professional message from one practitioner to another — without templates, without asking for a "quick call," and without underselling what you do.

How to build a sustainable daily habit

The bottleneck is not the list — it is sitting down and doing it. We will work through a simple daily workflow so that outreach becomes a small, consistent part of your week rather than a project you keep putting off.

Workshop Format

Live virtual workshop, delivered in a single half-day session (approximately 3–4 hours). You will work through real examples using your own prospect list, so you leave with actual drafts — not just a framework.
